The challenge
The brand had strong Amazon reviews and a repeat customer base, but its TikTok Shop had been open for months with almost nothing coming through it. Around forty creators had signed up. Five had ever posted.
Listings had been copied across from Amazon wholesale — specification-led copy, one studio image per SKU, incomplete attributes. It is the single most common mistake we see in Amazon brands opening a shop. Paid media was running on a flat budget with no target return, and stock cover was managed in a spreadsheet updated weekly at best.

What we did
Nothing here was improvised. The same eight steps run on every account — this is what they looked like on this one.
Six weeks of listing work before a single new creator was approached. Every SKU rewritten benefit-first, shot lists rebuilt around objections — weight, weave, what arrives in the box — and the full attribute set completed so the catalogue was actually machine-readable.
Continuous creator recruitment replaced one-off outreach, with sampling triaged daily so product reached hands within a week. Commission tiers were set against real margin, and a scheduled LIVE calendar went in from month two.
Top creators got boosted commission and priority stock. GMV Max spend was pointed only at videos already converting organically — paid amplified the roster rather than competing with it, which is where the 6.61x came from.
Weekly reporting on GMV by creator, video and tier, with stock cover checked against the campaign calendar so a promotion never drained a hero SKU. Winning angles were then extended across the wider range.
