The same people
No pitch team, no handover to a junior. The names on your kick-off call are the names on your call a year later.

A US Home & Bedding founder on the first month of the engagement — the listing rebuild that happened before a single new creator was contacted, and what it did to the twelve months that followed.

The first thing they did was tell us to stop spending. Six weeks later the listings were unrecognisable and the same budget was returning three times what it had been.
We'd signed up plenty of creators and almost none of them posted. Xentham worked out it was a sampling problem, not a commission problem. Posting rate went from single digits to over a third.
They ran a hold-out test that showed a chunk of our paid spend was buying sales we'd have made anyway. No agency has ever volunteered that to us before.
Our shop was suspended on a Friday. They had the appeal documented and filed by Monday and we were trading again inside two weeks. I don't want to think about how that goes without them.
Two hundred SKUs written by six different people over four years, all made consistent in about ten weeks. Conversion moved before we'd touched the ad budget at all.
Honestly the first six weeks were slower than I wanted and I said so. They didn't get defensive, they showed me the sequencing and why. By month four I understood the point.
What sold me was the audit. It was specific, it named things that were wrong, and it didn't try to make everything sound like an emergency to close the deal.
We came from an agency where the people who pitched us were never seen again. Here it's the same four names on every call, a year in.
Reporting is on margin, not impressions. It made the monthly call about the business instead of about marketing, which changed who attends it internally.

Why clients stay
No pitch team, no handover to a junior. The names on your kick-off call are the names on your call a year later.
GMV, ROAS and contribution — not impressions. It's the reason finance turns up to the monthly call.
When something isn't working we say so in the week it happens, with the data and a proposed change attached.
Where these come from
Ask on the call and we'll put you in touch with a brand in a comparable category. No script, no supervision.
